Monday

The Linford, Main St, Newtown Linford

  • 9.30-10.15am – Legs Bums and Tums – £5 per class
  • 10.15-11.00am – Pilates – £5 per class (please bring a mat)
  • £7 for both classes

St Peters Church, Church Road, Glenfield

  • 6.00-6.50pm – Legs bums and Tums – £5 per class
  • 7.00-7.45 pm – Pilates – £5 per class
  • £7 for both pm classes

Tuesday

St Andrews church, Hinckley Road, Leicester Forest East

  • 6.20-7.20pm – Total Tone – £6 per class (please bring Dumbbells, 4kg or 5kg)

Thursday

Sport in Desford, Peckleton Lane, Desford

  • 9.30-10.30am – Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga

  • Exercise & Weight management – this includes a weekly weigh-in  £5.95 per session
  • Premier Member £26 monthly payment by standing order – includes unlimited sessions and weight management if required.
